Helene Blanchette is President of MyJane, a ManifestSeven company specialized in the development of a women’s and wellness-focused channel. Prior to this role, Ms. Blanchette was global vice-president of marketing for the production business of Xerox Corporation.
During a nine year journey in Asia, as a member of the senior leadership team of Fuji Xerox, Ms. Blanchette led the strategic digital marketing transformation, structure, and implementation of a regional digital marketing center, including technology acquisition, process change and forming a team from the ground up.
Ms. Blanchette’s competence in business, in communication and in data-driven persona marketing (1-to-1) was recognized globally. Credited for implementing the first 1:1 Experience in Asia and for being the original founder of the Xerox 1:1 lab that has gained worldwide recognition and won numerous innovation awards.
Ms. Blanchette has also been actively involved with International Sanctuary, helping empower survivors of human trafficking and supporting the efforts, as well as the Child Creativity Lab, which nurtures young minds.
Ms. Raffele joined the Company in June 2019 as Vice President of Marketing following M7’s acquisition of MyJane. As a co-founder of MyJane, Ms. Raffele drove the development of its brand architecture and market differentiation based on extensive market research of its core target demographic.
She lends experience working in highly regulated and publicly traded entities, including serving as Public Information Officer for the City of Anaheim Public Utilities and on the IPO team for Ingram Micro.
Prior to founding MyJane, Ms. Raffele created and led the third-largest integrated marketing communications agency in Orange County. She began her career as a staff writer with The Orange County Register.
Outside of M7, Ms. Raffele is a tireless community volunteer and serves on the board of directors of Alzheimer’s Associaton Orange County. She also is an officer on the International Association of Business Communicators’ (Orange County) board of directors.
She’s not conventional, but after two decades devoted to communication strategy, Cara knows only the original thrive. She began her career at the Orange County Register as a staff writer before diving into public relations and marketing for early-stage and publicly traded technology companies and charging up strategic communications for Anaheim Public Utilities.
This self-starter also helped to give voice to the Innovation Economy and the people leading its revolution by founding WunderMarx, a top-ranked, award-winning integrated communications agency devoted to technology startups and emerging-growth companies.
In May 2018, Cara co-founded MyJane, the first premium, curated cannabis service for women — and helped lead the brand to a successful acquisition by ManifestSeven in February 2019. In her role, Cara drove branding, market research, go-to-market strategy, public affairs and public relations. She continues to serve as a strategic adviser to MyJane and was appointed as the vice president of marketing at ManifestSeven in June 2019. With her diverse experience as a change-agent, Cara is sought after as a trusted adviser to CEOs, executives and boards of directors, where she operates at the intersection of cannabis, technology and wellness.
Summer Soliman-Gardner is our Head Curator and Product Marketing Specialist with more than 20 years of marketing experience in health & wellness industries in the US and Australia. She is also a certified holistic Health Coach.
Summer is an advocate of medicinal cannabis and the many ways it can benefit women’s wellness. As a curator, she leads product research, testing, evaluation and selection; as well as managing vendor business relationships.
Prior to joining MyJane, Summer managed her own Marketing consultancy in the health industry. She has developed and launched natural health products and services to international consumer markets. She began her career in marketing for Blue Cross and the American Association of Kidney Patients.
Summer works tirelessly to ensure consumers receive outstanding compliant products and achieve best results.
Allison holds with high competency the title of Operation Manager at MyJane. Active participant in decision making, she has a knack for directing company operations in a growth minded direction. Allison’s passion is to help MyJane reach its true potential while normalizing the cannabis experience for women.
Allison is one of the first employees of MyJane and prior to joining she had brought significant improvement in logistics and office management of companies in the Tech Industry.
As Operation Manager Allison is responsible for ensuring that the day to day processes of the company run efficiently. Allison is a mother of two and the gatekeeper of her family’s health and balance.
Diane McConahay has an extensive background with a B.S. in Kinesiology, several personal training certificates, YogaFit, Madd Dogg Spinning, TRX, & Yoga Tune Up certifications, as well as training in balance and stability.
The multi-talented Diane is also a chef, having taught cooking classes about the medicinal benefits of foods. She is a great believer and advocate of cannabis, having worked with several different companies in the cannabis space, assisting with education and supporting the companies with their needs to get this plant out to market. This extensive and diversified experience is one of the key factors that make McConahay such an outstanding and compelling Podcast Interviewer and Wellness Concierge for MyJane.
She is a recent cancer survivor who used cannabis as part of her healing. Diane is now cancer free and happily helping others to learn from her journey. She truly believes in the power of holistic healing through exercise, proper nutrition & supplementation, cannabis, breathing exercises, meditation and controlling that monkey mind we all experience.

Katie Ruben serves as Social Media Associate for MyJane. Prior to joining the team in 2019, Katie worked in marketing and market research for a variety of businesses. Her career began in market research at Lieberman Research Worldwide, one of the 20 largest market research consultancies in the world. While there, she worked on brand studies for clients like Intel, Nikon, and Universal Pictures.
Katie went on to a commercial insurance broker, where she ran her own marketing department and spearheaded a full company rebrand. Upon leaving the insurance world, Katie entered the technology field, launching a new branch of a leading camera company. Katie earned her Master’s in Applied Psychology with a concentration in consumer behavior from USC and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing with a minor in psychology from SMU in Dallas. In her free time, Katie enjoys kickboxing, baking, and advocating for animal rights.
Elaine first joined MyJane as a consultant in business development, creating strategic alliances and opening new markets. Her talent, extensive network and passion for MyJane made her the right choice for this important in-house role.
From her San Francisco base, Elaine manages for MyJane the support for the sales force of Highlander Distro, a Manifest Seven company. She is dedicated to developing the regulated market for MyJane when not representing the company at events, tradeshows and special functions. She is not only an outstanding, well-liked and respected ambassador of MyJane on the market, but a true sales manager who understands what it takes to succeed.
Prior to being at MyJane, Elaine developed a thorough understanding of the cannabis industry and its associated benefits. She was operating her own marketing consultancy business and came to MyJane with a rich and very strong background in the cosmetic/retail industry from her time at L’Oreal. Both internal and external clients esteem this valuable experience, transferable to today’s regulated retail environment.
Deborah Castillero is an entrepreneur, a multicultural technologist and a business executive with over 20+ years of experience. She is a recognized leader for devising new business growth strategies for Fortune 500 companies and startups. As a first-generation Latina, she’s developed one of the most successful Latino crossover strategies for Sony Music Entertainment that generated over $1.0 Billion in incremental sales. Deborah has built and launched three software applications in edtech, fintech and blockchain. She’s passionate about social entrepreneurship, diversity, wellness, early literacy and solving important problems to improve people’s lives.
